1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using the Guide, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms, in which case the terms "you" or "your" shall refer to such entity.

2. Purchase and Payment

The Guide is available for purchase at a price of $29.00 USD. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that:

• The credit card or payment information you supply is true, correct, and complete
• You are duly authorized to use such payment method
• Charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company or payment provider

3. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for the Guide. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us using the information provided in the "Contact Us" section below. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. License to Use the PDF Guide

Upon purchasing the Guide, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, access, and use the Guide for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include the right to:

• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of our website, the server on which our website is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to our website

• Any other matter relating to the Guide

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims, damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Guide.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Guide shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the state in which our principal place of business is located, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the Guide after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Guide.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Guide and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements, communications, and other understandings relating to the subject matter of these Terms.
